I stayed in one of the V rooms, and I was thoroughly impressed with the spaciousness and the beautiful marble flooring. The balcony provided a wonderful view, only slightly obstructed by lush tropical palms. The bed was large and while a bit firm, it was comfortable enough for a restful night's sleep.

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. While the views were stunning and the pool looked nice upon arrival, the overall experience was ruined by unhelpful staff and cleanliness issues. I initially looked forward to my stay, but the attitude of the manager and the conditions of my room made it unbearable, leading me to leave early. Additionally, the dining area was not pleasant due to flies, which further detracted from my experience.

I had a lovely stay at Diamond Cave Resort, where I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious family room that was offered to us.
